  • 1 Small steak, 4 to 6 oz per steak, or, a Medium Steak, 6 to 9 oz, or, a Large steak, 9 to 11 oz.  All about 1.75" thick
  • Extraordinarily tender, these cuts come from the loin section of the hindquarter and are considered a jewel cut
  • Excellent for grilling, serving 1 to 2 per steak
  • Ships frozen in vacuum sealed packages
  • Due to the nature of raising pasture-raised cows, exact sizes will vary but you can expect at least a small steak size of 4 oz, a medium steak of 6 oz and a large steak of 9 oz
