From $15 – 1 Sirloin Tip Steak, Split and Whole

  • 1 steak, Split Sirloin Tip, 0.5 to 0.7 lbs, or, Whole Sirloin Tip, 1.0 to 1.5 lbs, approx. 1.25" thick, per steak
  • This is a hindquarter cut, (also called the knuckle), from on top of the round, and is leaner than most other steak cuts, but still retains some marbling in the wagyu
  • Marinate before grilling, or use in stir fries, kabobs, or stews, serves 1 to 2 per steak
  • Due to the nature of raising pasture-raised cows, exact sizes will vary but you can expect at least a split sirloin tip steak size of 0.5 lbs, and a whole split sirloin steak of medium steak of 1.0 lbs
